Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Examvora (the "Platform"), operated by WITIWORLD SOLUTIONS, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, you confirm you have your parent, guardian or school's permission to use the Platform.

2. What we offer

Examvora provides practice questions, CBT exam simulators, an AI study coach, personalised study plans, leaderboards and a referral program for JAMB UTME, WAEC, NECO, GCE, BECE and Post-UTME preparation.

Partner schools can register for the school CBT portal to run computer-based tests for their students.

Core practice features are free to use. Some advanced features (such as extended AI coaching or full simulator access) require a paid subscription plan, shown before you pay.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

Students may register individually or be added through a partner school. School administrators can view CBT results for tests run through their school's portal.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Subscription payments are processed securely through Flutterwave. Plan prices and billing periods are shown before you pay.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by Nigerian consumer protection law or in the case of a proven technical error on our part.

5. Referral program

Referral rewards are credited based on the terms shown on the referral page at the time of a successful referral. We may change reward amounts or eligibility for future referrals at any time, and may withhold rewards obtained through fraudulent or abusive activity.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share your account with others, attempt to manipulate scores, leaderboard rankings or referral rewards, or use the Platform to upload harmful, illegal or abusive content (including in the community forum).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including revoking rewards obtained dishonestly.

7. AI study coach and question content

Practice questions and the AI study coach are provided for educational purposes to help you prepare for real exams. While we take care to keep content accurate, AI-generated explanations may occasionally be imperfect and questions may differ from the exact content of any official exam — always treat Examvora as practice, not a guarantee of exam outcomes.

8. Intellectual property

All question banks, course content, branding and platform design belong to WITIWORLD SOLUTIONS / Examvora unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell or redistribute this content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee any particular exam result. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
